• Other rights necessary for the proper functioning of the bot

• Channel-specific language settings and configurations
• Translation analytics and usage tracking
• Custom translation preferences and filters

4.2 Translation Accuracy and Limitations

• We provide translation services on a best-effort basis
• Translation quality depends on language pairs, context, and content complexity
• Slang, idioms, and cultural references may not translate accurately
• We are not liable for misunderstandings caused by translation errors

4.3 Usage Limits and Restrictions

• Free tier: Access to basic translation features (Default Language, Channel Languages, Reverse Languages, Link Channels)
• Character-based tier: Enhanced features requiring character credits
• Subscription tier: Advanced features including Premium Reverse Languages and Premium Link Channels
• Large content or media translations may have additional restrictions

5.1 Message Processing

• Messages are processed temporarily for translation purposes only
• Original message content is not permanently stored by our systems
• We do not retain message content beyond operational requirements

5.2 Content Restrictions

The Bot will refuse to translate content that is blocked by automod rules, which are created and managed by server administrators:

• Content blocked by server-specific automod configurations
• Messages flagged by administrator-defined content filters
• Server administrators have full control over content restriction rules
• The Bot respects all server moderation settings and policies

5.3 Privacy Considerations

8.1 Termination by Users

• Server administrators may remove the Bot at any time
• Removing the Bot terminates all server-specific configurations
• Premium subscriptions remain active until separately cancelled
• Data associated with the server is deleted according to our retention policy

8.2 Termination by UnBonWhisky

We may remove the Bot from servers or terminate service for:

• Violation of these terms or our main Terms of Service
• Abuse of Bot features or excessive resource consumption
• Discord Terms of Service violations within the server
• Technical issues that cannot be resolved
• Legal requirements or safety concerns
• Discontinuation of the service

The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind:

• We do not guarantee 100% uptime or availability
• Translation accuracy is not guaranteed
• Response times may vary based on server load and Discord API limitations
• Features may be temporarily unavailable during updates or maintenance
• We provide best-effort support but cannot guarantee resolution of all issues

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes related to Translator Bot will be resolved according to our main Terms of Service dispute resolution procedures.
