2. Bot Operation and Data Processing

Each Bot operated under these Terms may process and store data necessary for its intended functionality. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Server information and configurations
• User interactions and command usage
• Translation requests and preferences
• Configuration settings and customizations
• Any other data required for the Bot's operation

We maintain appropriate security measures for all data processing activities. When you add any Bot to a Discord server, you grant explicit permission for that Bot to process and store relevant data according to its functionality. You warrant that you have the authority to grant such permission and have informed server members about the Bot's data processing activities.

3. Bot Communication and Updates

When setting up any Bot, you may designate communication channels for updates. These channels serve as the primary method for communicating important information about the Bot, these Terms, Privacy Policy updates, and other critical notifications. If you disable update notifications, you assume responsibility for staying informed about updates through regular checks of our website and dashboard.

4. Related Agreements and Policies

These Terms operate in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Payment Terms. By accepting these Terms, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by both our Privacy Policy and Payment Terms.

6. Service Termination

We reserve the absolute right to terminate or suspend any Service, at any time, for any or no reason, without prior notice. Circumstances that may lead to immediate termination include, but are not limited to:

• Abuse of our Services
• Violation of these Terms
• Engagement in illegal activities
• Failure to pay applicable fees
• Actions that may cause harm to UnBonWhisky, our Services, or other Users

Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms cease immediately. We maintain no obligation to store or forward any data after termination.

7. Limitations of Liability

Our Services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use.

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to such claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UnBonWhisky, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party service providers from any claim, demand, loss, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.
