Getting Started
Invite the Bot
Section titled “Invite the Bot”- Click the Invite link or use the Invite now button on the dashboard homepage.
- Select the server where you want to add the bot.
- Grant the requested permissions and click Authorize.
Required Permissions
Section titled “Required Permissions”For the bot to work correctly, it needs at minimum:
| Permission | Why it’s needed |

| Read Messages | To see messages to translate |
| Send Messages | To post translation results |
| Manage Webhooks | To post translations as the original user’s name/avatar (link channels) |
| Embed Links | To send formatted translation embeds |
| Manage Messages | To synchronize message deletions across linked channels, and to delete the original message when a translation is deleted |
| Manage Server | To read server automod rules and apply them to bot translations; also used to generate invite links via /support |
User Required Permissions
Section titled “User Required Permissions”To manage and configure the bot (via slash commands or the dashboard), the server moderator needs:

Section titled “Configure via Dashboard”You can manage every feature visually from the Dashboard:
- Go to translator.unbonwhisky.fr and click Login with Discord.
- Select your server from the server list.
- Click Settings to open the bot configuration panel for that server.
- Navigate to any feature in the sidebar to configure it.
Free Plan Limitation
Section titled “Free Plan Limitation”Priority Order
Section titled “Priority Order”When multiple translation configurations are active on the same channel, the bot applies them in this priority order (highest → lowest):
